CANCELLATION POLICY

༯ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. ༯ Late Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows: Any appointment canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the remaining service balance. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. ༯ Running Late: If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand unexpected situations happen, which is why we offer an 8-minute grace period beginning at your scheduled appointment time. This grace period is intended for unforeseen circumstances and should not be relied on or routinely used to arrive late. ༯ After the Grace Period: If you arrive more than 8 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Even arriving just a few minutes behind schedule can impact the remainder of the day’s appointments and the experience of other clients. To ensure every client receives the full time, care, and attention they deserve, we are unable to accommodate arrivals beyond the grace period. The 100% cancellation fee of the remaining service balance will be charged, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment. ༯ Payment of Fees: All late cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late arrival fees will be automatically charged to the card on file and are non-refundable. If the card on file is declined or the payment cannot be processed, an invoice will be sent to the email address on file. The invoice must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked with Darling Faith XO. Failure to pay the outstanding invoice will result in being permanently restricted from booking future appointments with Darling Faith XO. No exceptions.
