CANCELLATION POLICY

༯ Cancellations/ rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment time. ༯ Any no show/ cancelled / rescheduled appointments AFTER the 24 hour mark will result in 100% cancellation fee of the remaining balance of the service(s) booked. Your deposit will be forfeited & a new deposit must be paid for a new appointment. ༯ Please make sure to notify me in advance if you are running late. Unexpected things happen so you are given an 8 minute grace period starting exactly at the time of your appointment scheduled. ༯ If you are passed the grace period given (late) then your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged the 100% cancellation fee of the remaining balance of the service(s) booked. You will also have to create a new appointment online with a new deposit. ༯ All cancellation/ reschedule/ no show fees will be charged on the card on file & are non-refundable! No exceptions! ————————————————————————— ༯ Para cancelar o reprogramar su cita tiene que ser 24 horas mínimo antes de su agendada cita. ༯ Citas que son canceladas o reprogramadas con menos de 24 horas antes de su cita se le cobrará una tarifa de 100% del balance restante de su servicio programado. ༯ Si falta a su cita se le cobrará una tarifa de 100% del balance restante de su servicio programado. Su depósito será perdido y tendrá que pagar un nuevo depósito para crear una nueva cita. ༯ Por favor asegúrese de avisarme con anticipación si llegara tarde. Suceden cosas inesperadas, por lo que se otorga un periodo de gracia de 8 minutos que comienza exactamente de la hora de su cita. ༯ Si usted llega más de 8 minutos tarde a su cita entonces se cancelará y se le cobrará una tarifa de cancelación de 100% del balance restante del servicio(s) reservado. Tendrá que crear una nueva cita en línea y pagar un depósito nuevamente. ༯ Todas las tarifas de citas canceladas/ reprogramadas/ o no asistidas se cobrarán en la tarjeta registrada. Todas las tarifas no son reembolsables! No ay excepciones.
